The Details

Hours and Location

We are located at 270 E. Neider Ave. in CDA, Idaho.  Phone orders are taken Tues-Fri 9:30-3 at 208-770-1836. You can order online anytime of day and we will deliver the next business day. Our studio is open by appointment and for reserved guests during scheduled events. (these can be scheduled on our calendar)

If you place an online order over the weekend, it will be delivered or ready for pick up on Tuesday afternoon. 

Premade bouquets are ready to go and are available everyday through our neighboring business, The Well Drive Thru Drinks during their normal business hours.  You don't even have to get out of your car, just drive thru and point to hand tied bouquet you want. 

Substitutions

You've picked out the perfect bouquet on our website, ordered it and the flowers were not exactly the same. Well, occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater  value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Local Sourcing

Our passion for flowers is what sets Wallflower apart from the rest. We source many of our flowers from local growers from May to October and choose the most beautiful and unique varieties based on what is currently in bloom. We take pride in creating custom, handcrafted arrangements and we do our part in keeping things local! 

Delivery

We offer delivery for orders over $50 and all subscriptions. We deliver Tuesday-Friday between 9am-6pm. While we don't guarantee specific delivery times, we'll try to accommodate requests. Our Delivery fee is $13 within

the city limits of CDA, Post Falls, Dalton Gardens and Hayden. Outside of those city limits will incur a $25 fee. We do not deliver outside of Kootenai County. Delivery is free if you spend over $120.  

Please place your order at least 1 day in advance. Short notice and same day orders may be available but are not guaranteed. 

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we'll do our best to find a safe spot to place it, out of direct sunlight and precipitation. If we determine that quality of the flowers/baked goods could be affected, due to weather like extreme heat or snow, or other circumstances, we will not leave the order. 

If we determine there's no suitable place to leave the products, they will be returned to our studio and a redelivery will incur an additional fee. To ensure a successful delivery, please confirm your recipient will be available on the delivery date or provide instructions regarding a safe place to leave the flowers in the event of inclement weather. 

Flower Care

Floral stems and cut greenery pieces are untamed and wild in nature. Blooms may open rapidly, or stay reserve and maintain a closed state until they wilt on their own time. We can never predict how flowers will grow or move, though we can offer helpful tips to encourage the growth you are looking for.

In nature, closed blooms open from warmth and sunlight. If you want to restrict your blooms to extend their lifespan, keep them in a cool and dark environment - avoiding direct sunlight and heat. If you want your blooms to open more rapidly you can add warm water to your vessel or store them in a warm place. Cutting your stems daily and refreshing your water will allow your stems to continue to drink and encourage growth and longevity.

Guarantee

Each and every delivery we send out is made uniquely to that customer! No bouquet is exactly the same and each is made with detail and color palette in mind. We strive to use local, seasonal material when available. Every order is important to us because we know it's important to you!

Our goal is to provide each customer with beautiful, unique flowers. Knowing that flowers are perishable products and that each arrangement is handmade, we make every effort to ensure quality, accuracy and beauty in our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something that fits each customer's unique taste. 

Cancelations

To cancel a scheduled flower or bakery item order, send an email to amy@wallflowercda.com Be sure to include your Order #  and tell us the reason for cancellation in the email. NOTE: To be eligible to receive a refund, the cancellation request must be placed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Subscription orders can be canceled or postponed for a spell after three deliveries.  Please reach out to info@wallflowercda.com if you need to do so.

Private party bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the event, but cancelations will not be refunded.  

All flower orders are final. No returns or exchanges. Once flowers or goods are dropped at their delivery address, Wallflower llc is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, weather, etc. If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Wallflower llc will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Wallflower llc to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper flower care on the part of the recipient.
