You will find that the easiest way to order is by doing so online. All our delivery days and product offerings are kept up to date and we see orders as soon as they come in. Please reach out if you have trouble ordering at 208-770-1836.
We deliver most Tuesday-Fridays, although some days may be blocked off for events or large orders. ​

We also offer weekly and monthly subscription flower delivery every Wednesday.

If you are looking to cover all your special days with flowers, we offer the
"Memorable Days Subscription" in which you pick 3 or 4 dates and we deliver.
Just like that, the year is taken care of in one order.

Delivery and Subscription details below

Delivery Details
​
We deliver to Coeur d'Alene, Dalton Gardens, Hayden, Rathdrum, Athol Post Falls and Harrison. You will pick an available delivery day at check out, the calendar is up to date. While we don't guarantee specific delivery times, we'll try to accommodate requests. We do occasionally deliver on other days please reach out if you need a specific day and we will do our best to make it happen.

We offer same day delivery, but please place your order as early as possible. During busy seasons our schedule often fills up a few days in advanced.

You will receive an email once your flowers have been delivered. (check your junk mail if you don't see something come in by 7pm)

Our Delivery fee is $13 within 5 miles of Wallflower (most of CDA and Dalton Gardens) , $25 between 5 and 10 miles away from Wallflower (most of Hayden, Rathdrum and Post Falls) and $35 outside of that area but still within Kootenai County (Harrison, Athol and some areas of Post Falls). The price will automatically be determined when you put in the delivery address. We do not deliver outside of Kootenai County. ​

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we'll do our best to find a safe spot to place it, out of direct sunlight and precipitation. If we determine that quality of the flowers could be affected, due to weather like extreme heat or snow, or other circumstances, we will not leave the order.

If we determine there's no suitable place to leave the products, they will be returned to our studio and a redelivery will incur an additional fee. To ensure a successful delivery, please confirm your recipient will be available on the delivery date or provide instructions regarding a safe place to leave the flowers in the event of inclement weather. ​
If you choose pick up...Your order will be ready for pick up no later than 24 hours after you order on our business days. You will choose to pick it up at Wallflower or our neighboring business, The Well Drinks on the Go at check out. Please wait for an email notice that your flowers are ready before picking up.

Subscription Details
​
Floral Subscriptions are offered weekly and monthly and come in several different sizes and price points. The bouquets come either hand tied or vase arranged, depending on the size you choose. You do not pay upfront for the whole year but are billed before each delivery. In case your circumstances change, you can cancel or postpone your subscription at any time just pop us an email at amy@wallflowercda.com.

Vase Recycling: With subscriptions that include a vase, we would love to recycle your vase. If you find you are runing out of room in your vase cubbard, just pop your used vases back on your doorstep on Wednesday and we will wisk them away when we drop of your subscription bouquet.

Delivery: Floral subscriptions are offered as a pick up item or can be delivered for a fee. Delivery will take place the next Wednesday after your reoccurring payment unless otherwise stated when starting your subscription.

If you choose to pick up, you will be notified by email when your subscription flowers are ready, again this will be a Wednesday. Our neighboring business, The Well Drinks on the Go is your pick up point. They share our building and have ample space in their coolers for your flowers. All you do is drive on in, after you receive email notification that your order is ready, and tell The Well employee that you are there to pick up your order.
